Description

I am a statistician/data scientist and also a graduate student working towards my PhD in computing at the University of Utah. My research focuses on applying HCC (Human-Centered Computing) methods to understanding and improving AML software design. I am also looking into applying explainable ML/AI methods to detect complex entities or more sophisticated criminals within the financial system. Please feel free to reach out to me if you are interested in these topics or would like to know more. You can reach me at jordan.pyper@utah.edu or jpyper@cs.utah.edu.
